MSM Management Training Center is seeking an Operations and Training Manager to join our team specializing in delivering management courses and artificial intelligence programs.

Job Type: Full-time – On-site
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading and organizing the center’s training schedule and coordinating all management.
Monitoring the application of quality standards and ensuring the effectiveness of training processes.
Effectively communicating with trainers and trainees and managing the necessary facilities and resources.
Developing work procedures and improving operational performance based on the latest technological and training trends.
Preparing periodic reports on the effectiveness of training programs and beneficiary satisfaction rates.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in operations and training management within training centers or educational institutions.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and their modern applications in management fields.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning systems and platforms, and content management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep up with developments in the training and technology sector.
